Chicken & Mushrooms
This low-carb easy to cook meal will satisfy your chicken craving with its creamy white sauce coupled with the taste of buttered mushrooms and a side of spinach. Yum!

Ingredients
- 6oz chicken breastfillet
- 8oz white mushroomssliced
- 2tbsp Butter
- 1/4cup water
- 1/4cup heavy cream
- 1tsp fresh lemon juuice`
- salt and pepperto taste
- 1handful spinach
Instructions

Cook the chickenon a pan until it’s almost cooked all the way. Then let it rest on a plate while you prepare the sauce.

On that same pan, cook the mushrooms in butter until they’ve shrunken and crisped up.

Add the water, lemon juice and heavy cream and let that cook until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper and add the chicken back in to cook the rest of the way. Serve with a side of spinach.
