Day 1 – Beginner Keto Meal Plan

Breakfast: Two eggs fried in Anchor butter served with sauteed greens. Lunch: A SlimSnacks Keto Loaf Burger Sandwich topped with cheese, mushrooms and avocado atop a bed of greens. Dinner: Pork chops with green beans sauteed in coconut oil.
