Bunless Butter Burger

Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and paprika and mix very well with your hands.
Make 2 flat patties and place the butter in the center of one of the patties.
Place the second patty on top of the buttered patty and press and seal the sides until the two patties merge.
Cook the patty on a pan with the olive oil on high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Once it’s done, place the patty on a lettuce leaf and add a slice of cheese. Spread some mayonnaise, fold and enjoy!
