Easy Cobb Salad
Eggs, chicken, bacon, and avocado in a salad. Need I say more?

Ingredients
- 1 large egghard-boiled
- 4oz chicken breast fillet
- 1cup spinach
- 2strips bacon
- 1/4 avocadodiced
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the egg for 10 minutes. Once itβs cooked, immerse in cold water, peel, and chop it up.

On a frying pan, cook the chicken breast and bacon to desired crispiness.

Roughly chop or rip spinach leaves and add in the bacon, chicken and chopped egg.

Throw in the avocado.

Dress with olive oil and vinegar or use a low carb Bleu cheese dressing.
