🛵 Delivery
We deliver with our own riders, Monday to Saturday, around Davao City — up to 20 km from our kitchen in Talomo, Davao City 8000.
- ₱60 for the first 5 km
- then ₱6 for each extra kilometre
- up to 20 km — past that we can't deliver, but you can still pick up
You see the exact fee at checkout before you order — it's worked out from your pin on the map, not estimated afterwards.
We don't deliver on Sundays. A Sunday order is pickup only, at our house — see below.
Our gluten-free breads and cakes take about four hours, so if you order before 1pm you can choose today. From then on, the soonest is tomorrow. Everything else is baked for the next day onward. Some items need a few days' notice; the product page says so, and the date picker won't let you choose too soon.
🏠 Pickup — free
Choose pickup at checkout and collect it yourself. No fee.
- MTS — Matina Town Square — 2nd level, The Commons compound, Matina, Davao City · open 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Our house (Doña Luisa) — Block 20 Lot 10 Aries Street, Doña Luisa Village Phase 2, Talomo, Davao City (beside SM City) · open 8:00am – 3:00pm
On Sundays only our house is open — MTS is closed, and the riders don't deliver, so a Sunday order is collected from the house.
Please come within the hours above on the day you chose. If you're running late, message us — we'd rather keep it for you than have it sitting out.
📅 Changing or cancelling your order
Your order page (the link you get when you order) is yours to use:
- Change the day, the items or where it goes — any time before the day it's for, as long as it isn't paid yet.
- Cancel — same rule: before the day, before it's paid.
- On the day itself, or after paying, just message us and we'll sort it out by hand.
Everything is baked fresh to order, which is why the day before matters — once it's in the oven for you, it's yours.
💳 Paying
cash on delivery or pickup, GCash, bank transfer, PayPal — the full details, and the GCash QR, are on the payment page.
For GCash and bank transfer you upload the screenshot on your own order page. Your order is confirmed once we've checked that screenshot — usually the same day. You'll see the order page change from “to pay” to “paid”; nothing else is needed from you.
🤝 If something's wrong
We bake fresh food to order, so there's nothing to send back — but if your order arrives wrong, damaged or not what you chose, or it goes stale within a day, tell us the same day and we'll make it right: we'll replace it on the next baking day or refund it, whichever you'd rather. There's nothing to pay and nothing to post back.
